"I’m so grateful that I come to this training! In here I could reflect in some interesting and important subjects. Also, I could understand the way that some cultures and countries interact with refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants. It was a very important to understand that we are part of the people that can make good practices in this people’s life’s. I really recommend people who work or volunteer with refugees, asylum seekers and/or migrants to join this type of trainings."

"This training course was an amazing experience that exceeded my expectations. We could learn from each other’s experiences, have meaningful discussions, and try to collectively develop solutions and new ideas related to refugee integration. It was a great opportunity to build connections with people from different backgrounds and also to acknowledge the great work done by many organizations in the field. At the end of this period, I can realize how much I learned from it and I feel we can practically implement the ideas we discussed. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone!" -Joana
"I can say that my experience of participating in this training course, from the trainer's perspective, has been quite a journey. The engagement and contributions of all participants I witnessed here have been inspiring and even illuminating at times, painting a picture of the significance of the work we completed this week and setting pronounced notes for our future steps. I believe that continuous learning and cooperation among various actors in our working field is one of the principal keys to improving the quality of youth work we provide to young refugees, asylum seekers, displaced people, and others in many countries. It's also important to note that I witnessed our professional and personal growth go hand in hand this week, which I believe should always go together as Nutella and a spoon, especially within the context of non-formal education. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity to have been part of the third edition of CIRI training courses, and I will cherish this memory." -Dora
"In a world marked by an unprecedented number of displaced people and humanitarian emergencies, we need, more than ever, tools that will allow us to respond in a more effective, agile, and community-based manner, involving a diverse array of actors in the protection and inclusion process. I consider youth work a strategic component of a modern and flexible humanitarian response. Training and capacity building, such as CIRI projects, significantly contribute to the development of the next generation of youth workers capable of responding to global challenges related to refugee issues. The program content provides the necessary basics for successful youth work with refugees and displaced persons. For me, the most valuable parts of the program were the NGO fair, which increased my network for project development, the case study on safety, security, and protection, and how these can be better adapted to youth work, the Theatre of the Oppressed as a methodology to better understand the challenges that our target group faces, and last but not least, the Rites of Passage as a way to fill deficits and achieve resilience for both youth workers and refugees."
"This project is a very important for better understanding of the beneficiaries we work with, especially I achieved that during the theater of oppressed exercise and through personal stories of the other participants, who had an experience of being a refugee or an IDP. Insights received during such practices can significantly change our further working practices for good."
"For me, this experience was fantastic. The first thing is that here I got to know a lot of people from different countries and made new friends. The course was very fruitful and so varied! The facilitators were really friendly and welcoming. The best output for me is the network I gained from this Erasmus+ training course.
